Attendance
- If you are absent the week of a performance, I may not allow you to perform. Likewise, if you are not at concert level, you may not perform. Please remember to inform me of conflicts a month prior to a performance as stated in your syllabus.
Make sure you have all of our dates on your calendar!
-7:35am is tardy. 7:45am is absent
Past Due Handbook money will be billed as well as robe money.
An $85 fee will be added to students' accounts for unreturned choir robes

June 9 (Monday): 1:30pm HS graduation rehearsal. (You are out at noon, so you can go have lunch, then come back :). Senior choir rehearsal after the run through.
Tuesday, June 10: Last Choir rehearsal.
Wednesday, June 11: Men's rehearsal at 8:00am
(senior lunch rehearsal)
June 11-12: No morning rehearsal.
June 12: High School Graduation Call time: 6:00pm (begins at 7:00pm).
Dresses and Tuxedos
June 13: Boomers!!!! In Irvine. Time: 2:00pm-9:00pm

July 15: HS Men's choir on HOP. Call time: TBA. Tuxedos. Should be done by 11:30am. Please email me ASAP to let me know this is okay with your parents..... especially your fathers :)
All performances are mandatory unless stated otherwise. Please let me know of any conflicts at least a month prior to the performance date. An excused absence from a performance will be granted with a written note, email or phone call from a parent. Excused performances/absences must be made-up with a concert report.

5th grade: The following items must be brought to every music class: recorder, recorder book, and music folder. Failure to bring materials will result in a lowered grade, and or bench time at lunch or break.

Grand Ole Opry Tour!!!! Nashville, Tennessee!
*** ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE TURNED IN BY FRIDAY, JUNE 6. STUDENTS WILL RECEIVE A DETENTION IF PAPERWORK IS NOT TURNED IN***
**AIRFARE for Nashville- We will be taking a DIRECT flight on Southwest airlines from LAX to Nashville, leaving July 12 at 7 AM, and returning July 18 at 8:50PM. You will be responsible for getting your singer to and from LAX. Final payment is due May 1.
REHEARSALS:
Tuesday, June 11 - 3:30-5:30
Monday, June 16 - 6-8PM
Monday, July 7 - 6-8PM (MEMORIZED)
8:00 - Mandatory Tour meeting with parents.
